A secular itinerary that in 4 days includes the visit of some of the most beautiful places of worship in Portugal: starting from the Monastery of los Jeronimos in the capital Lisbon , passing through Alcobaç a and the beautiful Batalh to up to the Sanctuary that more than any other attracts tourists from all over the world: the suggestive Fatima.

Departure from Rome or Milan with Tap flights or other Iata carriers. Arrival and meeting with the guide at Lisbon airport and accommodation in the reserved GT coach. Transfer to the hotel, accommodation in the rooms, dinner and overnight stay.
Breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Guided tour of the Portuguese capital with its wide avenues and squares, evidence of when it was the capital of one of the largest empires in history. We will visit the Belem district with the Tower and the monument to the discoveries, the Monastery of los Jeronimos (visit inside the cloister optional). Continuation of the panoramic tour of the city passing by the building that houses the parliament and the splendid view of the Edward VII park. In the afternoon, continue to visit nearby Sintra, the favorite village of the Portuguese monarchs with its important Palacio Nacional (optional interior visit). Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Departure for Obidos, visit the medieval border with its walls and its alleys dating back to the XII century and perfectly preserved. Continue to Nazarè, a typical fishing village from where you have a splendid view of the Atlantic. Continue to Alcobaça, an important Cistercian monastery. Inside the church we will visit the spectacular tombs of King Pedro and his mistress Ines de Castro, considered the Portuguese Romeo and Juliet. Continue to Batalha, a place known for the Monastery of Santa Maria Victória. The Dominican abbey built in 1388 to celebrate the Portuguese victory of Joao I in the battle of Aljubarrota against the Castilians is beautiful. Inside, the royal cloister with Gothic eyes embellished with Manueline tracery that make them elegant and harmonious (the portal in the same style is beautiful). The Unfinished Chapels are incomparable with their magical unfinished effect. Transfer to Fatima. It was on this plain that the Virgin appeared to the three little shepherds on May 13, 1917. Lúcia and her cousins Jacinta and Francisco saw the shining figure appear in an holm oak and ordered them to return to the tree on the same day for six months and, in October 13, the pilgrims with them were 70,000. Visit to the well-known Sanctuary where the Catholic faith is lived intensely, visited annually by over five million pilgrims. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
